Our Process
Become an investor in renewable energy today
Guaraná Bank makes investing in renewable energy more accessible than ever before. Follow our simple four-step process to get started investing today.
How it Works
1. Get ready to invest
Start by joining our waitlist to set up your Guaraná account. When your account is approved you’re all set to invest in loans for solar power in Brazil.
2. Start investing
Choose a loan to invest in. Each loan varies in terms of impact, location, size and risk. You decide how much to invest from R$100 minimum to whatever is left to fully fund the loan.
3. Solar projects get built
When the loan is fully funded, your money is transferred to the borrower. It’s now up to them to sell and distribute solar products to their customers.
4. Repayments with interest
When the borrower starts to repay the loan you'll get your invested capital plus interest back. You can keep track of your repayments and impact progress in your dashboard. Choose if you want to withdraw or reinvest your money in another loan.
